Vines are Simple and Double Guyot pruned with windows to well-display and well-aerate the grapes. The cultural practices are traditional and combine the soil labour and the natural grass growth, regarding parcels and orientations. Moreover, with an eye to respect at best plants and the surrounded environment, we practice a mechanic weeding.
In June, we thin out the leaves to allow the optimal grapes maturation. From July, in order to optimize the harvest quality, we make a thinning. The harvesting is maximum delayed according to the climatic conditions.
The harvest is handmade and follows by a selective grapes picking.
